I had been seeking a career change and was starting to feel discouraged until a friend told me about TeleTeachers. She said the company had wonderful Core Values and a close-knit, supportive community. I loved that and couldn’t agree more and very happy and grateful to be here.
I have had the good fortune of experiencing online learning in 3 different ways--as the special education director making sure our district's students received their speech and occupational therapy, as a teacher who was able to teach English to Chinese students for over 2 years (I still teach 1 student weekly), and here at TeleTeachers! What I love most about online learning is that despite the physical distance that separates us, we can still build AMAZING relationships! To me, it's all about relationships and building those connections!
Over the last few years, I have gotten the opportunity to jump right into online learning! As an ESL teacher, it gave me access to continue consistent services for my students no matter the circumstances. Now at TeleTeachers, I get to help other educators and providers join our growing online community and do the same!
